Order Cancellation Policy

 

Thank you for choosing Ferndecory (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”).This Order Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order may be canceled, as well as the related handling process after a cancellation request is submitted.

This policy applies to orders that have been successfully paid for through our online store.All cancellation requests are reviewed based on the real-time status of the order in our system.

2. Orders Eligible for Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The order has been successfully paid

  • The order has not yet entered preparation, packing, or shipping

  • The cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of placing the order

If these conditions are satisfied, we will review and process your cancellation request.

3. Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation

An order can no longer be canceled once it has entered any of the following stages:

  • The item has begun preparation or packing

  • Shipping information has been generated

  • The order has been handed over to a carrier or shipped

If cancellation is no longer available, you may apply for a return or exchange after receiving the item, in accordance with the applicable policy.

  • Email address or phone number used when placing the order

  • A brief explanation of your cancellation request

Providing complete information will help us process your request more efficiently.

5. What Happens After Cancellation

  • Once approved, the order will stop further processing

  • Any payment already made will enter the refund process

  • Refunds will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy

If the order has already entered a non-cancelable stage, the cancellation request cannot be completed.

  • Order processing begins quickly; early submission improves the likelihood of successful cancellation

  • Order status shown in our system is considered final

  • Submitting duplicate requests may delay handling
