Welcome to Ferndecory (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”).This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, helping you understand delivery timelines, costs, and related responsibilities before placing an order.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently provide shipping services within Australia only.Orders cannot be delivered to locations outside Australia at this time.

2. Order Costs: Shipping & Taxes

  • Shipping Fees
    • Orders with a total value of AUD 100 or above (including AUD 100) qualify for free shipping;

    • Orders below AUD 100 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 6.99.

  • Taxes

All listed product prices include applicable taxes.No additional undisclosed taxes or fees will be added at checkout.

3. Order Cutoff & Processing Schedule

Our business hours are: Australia/Sydney (AEST / AEDT), 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM will begin processing on the same business day;

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed starting the next business day;

  • Orders placed on non-working days will be processed from the next available business day.

4. Order Processing Time

Once payment is confirmed, orders are prepared for shipment.The standard order processing time is 1–3 business days, excluding non-working days.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery is expected to take approximately 5–15 business days.Actual delivery times may vary depending on location and logistics arrangements.

6. Shipping Carriers

Depending on your delivery address and order details, shipments are handled using commonly used Australian carriers, including:

  • Australia Post

  • StarTrack

  • Toll

The selected carrier will be shown in the shipping confirmation notification.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your order number

  • Payment summary

  • Shipping carrier information

You can also visit the Order Tracking page on our website and enter your order number along with the email address or phone number used at checkout to view the latest order status.

8. Delivery Responsibilities

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us promptly with relevant details so we can assist.

  • Shipping Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has entered processing or shipping, changes or cancellations may not be possible.If you need to make adjustments, please contact us as early as possible.

  • Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout.Issues caused by incorrect address information may not be covered.
